Recently, reports were doing rounds that Jacqueline Fernandez was dropped from Akkineni Nagarjuna’s ‘The Ghost’ movie.
It was being said that the Bhoot Police actress was out of the Telugu actioner owing to the recent controversy caused by being involved with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s case.
However, another TOI report seems to suggest otherwise. Sources told the leading daily that Jacqueline was allegedly approached for ‘The Ghost’ but she only turned down the film as the makers allegedly couldn’t afford her fees.
The portal further went on to say that all these talks happened way back in November 2021 itself and both parties had gone their separate ways peacefully after things fell through.
Talking about Jacqueline’s other projects – they are Ram Setu, Bachchan Pandey, Attack and Cirkus.
