Western Australia records two new local COVID-19 cases


Western Australia has recorded two new local COVID-19 cases in the latest reporting period.

The two are believed to have been infectious in the community.

Both cases are linked to known infections.

WA recorded seven cases of the virus in quarantine, six from interstate travellers and one in an overseas traveller.

Authorities are advising residents to check exposure sites listed on the health website and monitor for symptoms.
